Quick Update + Self Careless Print & Play + Tabletop Simulator

Designer Jason Anarchy here with the latest update on Self Careless!

We've been working back and forth with the manufacturer and the  physical games are nearly ready to print!

In the meantime, we have the Print & Play and Tabletop Simulator versions available for download. The Print & Play link expires after one week.

The PnP also includes the CAT DECK.

And if you haven't filled out your BACKERKIT survey, you can do so here. We would need your mailing info before we can send any rewards. You can log in with the same email you use for Kickstarter.

Otherwise, we are on track for the planned July delivery!

"Self Careless" Manufacturing Update / Backerkit Survey Update / Early Bird Name in the Credits Update

Hello Everyone, hope you had a wonderful holiday season and new years!

Making the Game

The final files for Self Careless are nearly complete and we will start the manufacturing process shortly.

The newly added two player variant was the most work but it's a great new addition and opens the possibility for "parallel competitive play" rather than the asymmetric gameplay of the cat deck. 

This is a really strong gameplay mode was unlocked thanks to you, the backers!

Backerkit

You should have an email from Backerkit that you can use to fill out your mailing address (this can be changed up until we're about to ship and lock the addresses down). 

We will need your mailing address in order to ship you your rewards.

Here is what the backerkit survey will look like:

You can also add on other funny games you might think would be a good fit for your game night.

If you can't find the link, please check your spam folder. If that doesn't work, you can log into Backerkit using the same email you use for Kickstarter.

Shipping will be charged later, closer to the actual ship date.

Name in the Rulebook

If you backed in the first 72 hours, you qualified for an early bird bonus of getting your name in the rulebook! (Otherwise we have a big thank you for all backers in the front of the rulebook)

If you quality, you should have an email coming titled "Self Careless Rulebook Credit - Information Needed - Deadline January 10th"

Please respond by the deadline with how you'd like to be credited and we will add you in!

We did it! Campaign Finished! 5 Stretch Goals Unlocked!

We ended up unlocking FIVE stretch goals!

This will be a very high quality game, have a bonus 2 players mode and come with a snooty cat sticker!

Thanks to everyone from the bottom of our hearts for you support! We wanted to make something really funny and unique backing this made that possible.

We'll be working hard in the coming weeks to finish the files for manufacturing. Once those files are done, we'll have the files needed for a Print & Play. Then we'll have the games ready to mail out next Summer (Or possibly a bit earlier if we can do it!)

Third Stretch Goal Unlocked! Three new Stretch Goals Added!

We did it! Everyone will get a cat sticker!

We've also added three new stretch goals:

We wanted to make sure that every physical backer got every stretch goal and that the stretch goals were a mix of improving the quality of the game but also adding fun freebies :)

8 more days to go and we're expecting the usual "Final 3 Day Rush" that Kickstarters tend to get. If you're comfortable sharing the link, it would be a great help if you wanted to tell all your friends!

First Stretch Goal Unlocked! Halfway to the Second! New Add-on Added! Long Form Gameplay Video!

First Stretch Goal Unlocked!

The next stretch goal is the development of the inherent 2 player competitive mode, this is different than the Cat Expansion where gameplay is asymmetric (the cat player wins by playing in a very different way than the main player). 

In this new mode, the idea is that players are RACING to balance their day first but also share a coffee token and can unbalance the other player.

We are about halfway there already!

New Add-On Added!

We've had some requests to be able to add on the extra items from the Cat Tier in the add-ons section. So now you can customize your pledge even further!
